Yoga Nidra Sessions

Yoga Nidra is a powerful relaxation technique done mainly lying down but can be done seated if necessary.  Finding a "letting go" in the physical body is the first stage of Yoga Nidra.   Truly getting comfortable so the body doesn't distract you from the practice.  You will then progressively relax every layer of your being. It works from the physical to the psychic levels of our being by soothing mental and emotional disturbances.

It can help you to feel and experience your connection to your own body and mind. Yoga Nidra can help to release built up stresses and tensions.  It can also increase positive and peaceful feelings to help heal the body and mind.  "All healing begins in rest".
